Better Business through Guided Meditation and Mindful Wellness

Diane has 25 years’ experience in the corporate Human Resources profession. She designed her professional meditation services specifically for the business setting; with an emphasis on

  •     Calming the mind 
  •     Concentrated focus

These sessions promote clearer thinking and a healthier less stressed employee. 


Meditation Workshop

Diane facilitates a three-hour training session intended to help employees become:

  •     Less stressed
  •     More focused
  •     Healthier and more balanced


Participants learn the basics of meditation and the importance of focused concentration. The knowledge gained can be applied to:

  •     Starting a meditation practice
  •     Prioritizing work and deadlines
  •     Having a more positive outlook
  •     Becoming more aware and compassionate towards others


Employees learn and understand the importance of breath and relaxation and how to incorporate that into their daily live


This workshop illustrates to employees how the tense and rigid mind can focus only in a linear and familiar way; allowing the same thinking over and over. They then learn the significance of a relaxed mind which has more creative and innovative thoughts.


Guided Meditation

With guided meditation you only need to listen and follow Diane’s voice. She brings you into a state of relaxation with the use of guided imagery and creative visualization. These sessions focus on:

  •     Relaxing the mind and body
  •     Health and well-being
  •     Releasing negative emotions and thoughts (anger, fear, sickness, etc.)
  •     Bringing in positive thoughts (self-esteem, creativity, success, etc.)


* Executive level – with a focus on problem resolution as well as creative thought expansion

* Wellness Fairs

* Before/after work and lunchtime meditations
